About Great Southern Gelato

Great Southern Gelato is a small-batch gelato maker based in Romsey, Victoria, and this platform is our online home. It brings together everything we do in one place: our retail shop with the full flavour range, a wholesale portal for café and retail partners, event bookings for our gelato cart and pre-orders, and a community fundraising program for schools and sporting clubs.

This site is built for the people we serve. Customers can browse flavours, order online for delivery or pickup, and earn loyalty rewards with every purchase — including points on in-store register sales. Wholesale partners get their own portal with trade pricing and order history. Event organisers can request bookings and pre-order tubs for their events. Community groups can run gelato fundraisers, with supporters ordering online and choosing a delivery slot. And our own staff use the very same system to keep every tub tracked from ingredient receival to the last scoop.
